Emergency First Response is an innovative CPR/first aid program. Primary Care (CPR) prepares you to render aid to those with life-threatening emergencies. Secondary Care (first aid) builds upon the lessons of Primary Care and helps you assist those in need when Emergency Medical Services are either delayed or unavailable.Accidents and illnesses happen every day. Some people need only a helping hand while others may suffer serious permanent injuries without help. By mastering Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (first aid) course skills you can render important care to those in need. Emergency First Response Programs Primary Care (CPR) Secondary Care (first aid) Injury Assessment What do I need to start? No dive certification required What will I do? This comprehensive program is composed of two core modules that can be taught in tandem or as stand-alone courses: Emergency First Response - Primary Care and Emergency First Response - Secondary Care. Together, these courses proved extensive instruction in CPR and First Aid, as well as providing optional (yet recommended) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Emergency Oxygen sections. How long will it take? The course normally takes place on a Saturday and is approx 8 hours long. There is also home study prior to the course. What will I need? Participant Pack, which includes manual, binder and first aid pack. THis is included in the course price. Where can I go from here? This course satisfies your PADI Rescue Diver CPR prerequisite. How much does this cost? The Emergency First Response course costs 150 Euro this includes the deluxe binder and manual and a fantastic first aid kit.
